It is not suitable for an alarm for a motorcycle (CRF1100L), even if I forget to turn it off, it is only when I get on the motorcycle that it starts to beep warningly. It is possible that the motorcycle is too softly suspended and heavy that movements with it are not detected by the alarm sensor. I have yet to get it to work by jerking the motorcycle. For a bike it should be ok, the battery only lasts about 4 months.

Ducati Streetfighter 848 This mount is a really great product, but keep in mind that it is dedicated for a specific Abus lock. Easy and intuitive installation. It makes it much easier to transport the lock to the front brake disc. Nothing shakes or makes noise while riding. The whole thing fits well with the motorcycle. I strongly recommend this solution.

It gives the impression of being very solid. Heavy for such a size (this is a plus). On the plus side, independent mobility (rotation) of each of the 3 parts of the body. It will be hard to cut it without holding it with your hand or other tool. It comes with a nifty fabric pouch that can be attached to the tube/frame (not written in the description). The roll-up could roll up a little better. Sometimes it does not pull the line all the way to the end and you have to gently move it, no less it is a very convenient solution to which it is worth paying extra in relation to the "regular" version with a "regular reminder" . Fluorescent parts (for the handlebars and the rim) get dirty extremely quickly (2 puts on and pure yellow is not there). The cable in the roll-up is sufficient to put the lock on the front wheel (KTM Duke 125) and any handlebar however, there is nothing to think about putting the cable on the handlebars when putting the lock on the rear disc. I bought this ABUS kit for my BMW F750GS motorcycle. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship - this is the best mechanical anti-theft device I have seen so far. Possible to use the disk lock separately, or in a set with a chain. I recommend it to everyone.
