General description
- filtering layer contains four cotton filtering layers between an aluminium mesh
- the frame is made of a flexible material to improve sealing around the edges
- thanks to its construction, the filter increases the amount of air entering the engine while maintaining excellent filtering properties
- racing models are dedicated to high-performance sports and require modification of some motorbike components or factory settings
- BMC Racing filters must be cleaned more often than standard filters; the manufacturer does not specify a limit
- the filter must be cleaned with dedicated cleaning agents to avoid damaging the filter
- cleaning must not be carried out with petrol or other solvents
