the kit comes with a special connecting link: either a snap or a crimp (in the case of a crimp, a special chain crimper must be used during installation)

chain + fastener DID G&G 428HD 124 links gold
sprocket front JTF 1264 15 teeth
rear sprocket JTR 1206 42 teeth

Note: Some kits come with a slightly longer chain than recommended by the manufacturer to allow the user to use a different gear ratio. In this case, the chain simply needs to be shortened accordingly.
