Anti-shock crash pad
Evotech's new Anti-Shock Crash Pads are designed and made to absorb the impact of a fall.
This means that the impact is absorbed by the slider and does not directly affect the frame.
In the event of a fall, the slider is pressed against a specially designed spacer of increasing diameter.
This leads to deformation of the slide, which reduces the energy caused by the impact.
The crash pad's slider is made of a plastic compound containing fiberglass.
It combines high impact absorption and abrasion resistance with low friction on asphalt.
As a result, the pad glides over the asphalt without excessive wear and dangerous blocking.
The aerodynamic shape of the crash pad not only gives the motorcycle a more aggressive look, but also reduces the possibility,
catching on an obstacle during impact.
A scale is also engraved on the plastic protectors, which gives an indication of crash resistance in the event of a collision.
The main part of the crash pad is made of aircraft-grade aluminum billet and finished with a black anodized coating for durability.
Both the diameter and cross section are carefully calculated to further reduce stress on the frame in the event of a fall.
