General description
- Dirko™ red, is a permanently flexible, temperature-resistant sealant.
- Oi application:
- Dirko™ red is a high-temperature sealant based on silicone. Dirko™ black hardens due to reaction with moisture in the air. The hardened mass exhibits permanent elasticity. The product is distinguished by a very wide spectrum of applications.
- General product information:
- Chemical base: Oxim silicone,
- Curing crosslinking at room temperature (RTV),
- Ingredients: one-component,
- Color: red,
- Consistency: paste, stable, in cured state - permanently plastic,
- Temperature range: -60°C to +280° (briefly +315°),
- Maximum filling gap: 2.0 mm,
- pH value: neutral,
- Electrical conductivity: insulator.
- Resistance to oils, fats, fuels, coolants, UV radiation, cold and hot water, brine, cleaning agents, weak acids and alkalis, etc.
- Possible fields of application:
- Valve covers, oil pans, water and oil pumps, differential bodies, gearbox bodies, transmission oil pans, thermostat bodies, timing housings, axle covers, flange connections, headlights, taillights, battery boxes, etc.
- Packaging: 70 ml tube.
