General description
- Naraku Sport CDI ignition box
- Naraku ignition unit with raised rev limiter. The OEM CDI cuts off as early as 8,000 rpm, the Naraku Sport CDI only cuts off at about 10,000 rpm.
- The CDI control unit is needed to throttle the vehicle as much as possible and allow for the implementation of further tuning measures, such as a larger set of cylinders or a sport exhaust system. Complete removal of the rev limiter is not recommended. Completely throttling the revs, such as with an internal rotor ignition (strong wiring harness adjustment required), is only recommended for CRS engines in combination with better crankshaft bearings and a racing crankshaft.
