The shaft very fit. I even expected that the piston pin bearing would fly loose, and here, slowly and carefully had to be assembled so as not to damage the bearing. This is very much on the plus side! Because a good fit is important here! Is the shaft itself in itself durable? It's hard to say, currently Ogar 200 has already done a good 1,500 kilometers on t...

The shaft very fit. I even expected that the piston pin bearing would fly loose, and here, slowly and carefully had to be assembled so as not to damage the bearing. This is very much on the plus side! Because a good fit is important here! Is the shaft itself in itself durable? It's hard to say, currently Ogar 200 has already done a good 1,500 kilometers on this shaft with SKF pin bearing and laughs on! :)

Ogar 200 The shaft has oversized journals. Too much bearing pressure. The diameters of the cones are too large, so that the gear wheel and rotor do not , "sit," properly. The gear wheel after seating shifted outward 8mm, and the rotor by 3mm. I coped with this by reaming the cones in the wheel and rotor, but it should not be like this.

Unfortunately I ended up with a defective shaft.The pin did not enter the needle bearing.Fortunately I have a lathe and touched up the bushing(the original Czechoslovakian shafts have such).What next.The engine is assembled and runs nicely, the shaft is not badly made nothing rubs the bearings after heating without resistance entered.Threads,cones OK.
