- JMC underbody protection wax
- Salt spray corrosion resistance according to DIN 50021: 1000 hours without rust infiltration at a film thickness of 100 μm
- Self-healing properties due to flow in case of minor damage.
- Since no fillers are used, there is virtually no absorption of water by capillary action.
- Bending test at 70°C according to DIN 53152 shows no cracks or delamination.
- Yield: approx. 1.5 m²
- Dust dry after 2 hours, touch dry after 4-5 hours
- Temperature resistance from -25°C to 80°C
- Suitable forSubstrates in the automotive sector
- The wax-like layer protects the vehicle from mechanical and chemical stresses such as stone chipping, road salt, water, etc. and thus prevents corrosion in particular.
