On my ZXT 50 model (2019), there were very strange screws and I was forced to force them out with a larger bit and unscrew them. Of course, I had to replace these bolts afterwards, but there are super bolts available here as "Seal cap bolt". The second problem was unscrewing the old pins and installing the new ones. Without special tools, this can be easily done by screwing in 2 size 10 nuts. And the one closer to the engine hold with a 10-gauge wrench, and unscrew the other one. Problemen: Lekkende benzine kraantjes. Valse lucht. Interne vervuiling. Sonische reiniging hielp slechts een beetje. En een revisie setje past net niet helemaal. Meestal is er toch nog valse lucht en dergelijke. Omdat hier je voor een prachtige prijs een goede carburateur koopt hebben we bijna al onze brommers een nieuwe carburateur gegeven met een nieuw passend spruitstuk gegeven.( ook zeeer gunstig geprijsd) Nu lopen ze allemaal perfect (en trekken sneller op met hogere top) Zie fotos, inregelen van de carburateurs op toerental en natuurlijk uitgebreid test rijden. Mijn yamaha R1 van 2004 had sedert lange tijd startproblemen na een stilstand van +- 3weken. Na het vervangen van de accu door de dealer bleef het probleem aanwezig. De originele spanningsregelaar bleek de boosdoener, in koude toestand gaf hij de juiste spanning af, maar als hij warmer werd daalde de afgegeven spanning naar 11,8 volt tijdens het rijden. De originele spanningsregelaar zou mij €189 kosten ex montage. Dat vond ik te gortig. Bij GMOTO zag ik deze spanningsregelaar voor €69, deze was geschikt voor mijn R1. De levering duurde 4 dagen. Het inbouwen duurde slechts een half uur, tank omhoog klappen en het oude regelaar verwijderen. De oude regelaar is Drie keer zo groot! Na inbouw was mijn laadstroom 13,6 volt, zowel in koude als warme toestand van de spanningsregelaar! De motor start perfect en mijn accu laadt weer op zoals het hoort . De verlichting is feller en knippert niet meer. Jammer voor mijn dealer maar ik ga in het vervolg voor onderdelen van GMOTO. Achteraf bekeken had ik dus ook geen nieuwe accu nodig gehad! GMOTO bedankt!
