Then 1500 and finally 800, it began to conduct. That is, there were non-conductive oxides on the contact surface. Unfortunately, the sandpaper made scratches. Delicate but nevertheless and the current will already gush and burn there. Contact adhesion with a slight clearance in the plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation. I corrected by bending with pliers. In the other plane OK. The contacts overlap the entire surface. Hammer with a high projection. The screw for attaching the cable works.
