Sensational kit. Everything nicely packed, each bag contains a specific set of screws, for a specific component. Hence, you do not have to think and look for which screw should be for what. An even bigger plus is that you don't have to look for any screws in hardware stores or markets. Here everything is on the spot, the whole set, for each model of Komar. This allows you to more easily approach the issue of overhauling your Komar, disassembling everything and reassembling it. In a word, a revelation. Respect to the people who complete it. A piece of beautiful work.

WSK 125 M06 B3 1982 plate made very aesthetically and, importantly, on the model of the original. After the data is scored, we proceed to the proper profiling of the plate. Be careful because it is easier to bend in place of rivet holes. I have an appropriately sized wooden dowel for this (it can also be the handle of a hammer, etc.) It is important that it is a few mm smaller than the head of the frame. On it I seal the radius of the plate and all that remains is riveting. Here I recommend rivets with "thread" and fixing them with an aluminum beater.

Shield well shaped in zinc of good quality. During installation it turned out that the m5 screw holes do not match with the threaded holes of the sprocket. I give good feedback because the error could be on the sprocket side. My way of solving the problem was to drill new holes in the sprocket that fit under the cover. The sprocket now has 8 holes with symmetrical distances. All of them covered by the shield. I recommend

It's not a perfect replica of the original, but if you don't have.... Before assembling it is worth "recalibrating" with a M6 threader - I had several such "tight". The price is also a bit large - assembling a few moto a year will collect a sum. I will hint that there were also such white/cream nuts in the last production of WSK.
