I'm just beginning my adventure with unicycles, manifested for now in the form of a mild one hundred and twenty-five, which I mainly use to commute to work. When the morning weather started sending very clear clues through my hands and knees about the gear I need to buy to extend my season, I scanned the Internet and came across these warmers (winter gloves worked better for my hands, but that's a separate story). In a nutshell, they are very effective. This morning I was greeted by frost on the roofs of cars and this one time I took such a sight as a challenge. I was cold in many places, but after 25 minutes of riding on a slightly small naked car, my knees were not among them. Putting them on is no problem, you just have to remember that they should be low enough to protect what you need while riding. They are also comfortable, only sometimes the lower elastic feels under the knee, but this is nothing to cross out this product. As for aesthetics - they look neutral. Let's be honest, if someone wears knee warmers, it's certainly not to look great. As a place to improve future models, I would suggest replacing the Velcro with a hook native to military knee pads, they would be less obtrusive in public places.

Despite the heat, the leg does not sweat more despite the use on bare skin. I will buy a protective insert - just in case. Also important for me is that the logo is discreet, unlike in the photo. Water resistance I checked under the stream from the shower. It does not get wet. Well spent money.
