Reliable opinion
The product is rather good, unfortunately it removes only light dirt, I'm not saying that it does not do its job, because it removes dirt, but it could be slightly stronger, despite the name "neutral" it could remove other dirt than mud, because it contributes poorly to the removal of grease on the rim from the chain.
