General description
- TEROSON VR 625 rust remover for all types of rust.
- Organic components convert rust (iron oxides) into a stable complex compound
- Color change indicates drying process Transparent--> light brown--> dark blue--> brownish/black
- The synthetic resin used as a binder forms a varnish-like protective layer during the drying process.
- A protective coating with excellent adhesion, it can be used as a primer at the same time, suitable for sanding (additional priming is no longer necessary).
- Suitable for use on all ferrous substrates
- NOT suitable for parts exposed to high temperatures (e.g. exhaust systems, flue pipes)
- Application:
- Shake the aerosol container vigorously before use.
- Apply at a distance of about 20 - 30 cm from the surface.
- Apply 2 - 3 layers "wet on wet" and make sure there are no streaks in the form of "tears".
- Wait for the product to transform and let it dry completely.
- If a top coat is to be applied, sand the substrate accordingly.
- Painting the dried layer (after about 16 hours) is possible with most industrial and repair varnishes.
