  Honda Varadero 125 with 14/39 sprockets I put on to achieve a gear ratio of 12/39 close to the factory 14/44. I replaced the front sprocket because it was cheaper and easier with installation. I didn't take the correction that I'd have to move the rear axle more out of the way to tighten the chain. The chain itself now runs very close to the swingarm from the top - there is about 3-4 mm of clearance left. Everything works and it finally moves pleasantly! :)
