I recommend replacing the original without any problem. Charging ok and when the engine is turned off it does not draw 0 milliamperes from the battery. Motorcycle stands all the time with the battery connected is all right. Manufacturer trusted product that meets all requirements. Package quickly efficient as always at this location. Installing in Yamaha XT 250 Japanese version.
