Gear rims too tight and not coaxial with bearing journals. One of the two I bought couldn't be assembled with the take-off shaft. The other tightly but went in and rotated without jamming. It took 2 hrs to run-in with the foreign drive at about 200 rpm. In my opinion, if the teeth were made on the milling machine, both rims were made with the same cutter num...

Gear rims too tight and not coaxial with bearing journals. One of the two I bought couldn't be assembled with the take-off shaft. The other tightly but went in and rotated without jamming. It took 2 hrs to run-in with the foreign drive at about 200 rpm. In my opinion, if the teeth were made on the milling machine, both rims were made with the same cutter number. For a 13-tooth rim, a different number is needed than for an 18-tooth rim.
