The product does not fit the d50b0 engine, it is designed for ebs engines, which was not mentioned anywhere. In the list of motorcycles to which this crankshaft fits were listed models with d50b0 engine, which misleads people. In this list you could also find my motorcycle model derbi senda drd racing 2007, so I bought this product, but only after assembling the engine with this shaft I realized that it is too long and the crankcase covering the clutch does not fit. The shaft is adapted for the ebs engine in which there are 2 cogs superimposed on the shaft, while in the d50b0 there is only 1 cog and a free space is left between the cog and the nut
The shaft was precisely made. There were no problems with assembly. Unfortunately, with materials of not the best quality.
1. during operation, the plastic gear of the speed controller broke and damaged the drive gears of the balance shaft and camshaft. a piece of plastic should not damage the steel gear.
2. the keyway and journal channel on which the flywheel is seated was damaged. Even if the flywheel came loose for some reason during operation, the keyway should be cut and the journal should remain undamaged. Either the material was too soft, or the heat treatment was improper.
