  I have been using products from this line for several years and have never been disappointed. This particular one landed in my MT-09 (2nd gen), where, to put it mildly, it did not have an easy time. It turns out that even regular catastrophe it endures with superb bravery. It transfers power to the wheel perfectly and stretches evenly, so that even under hard riding it can withstand more than 10,000 km of mileage without any problems, which, given the loads it was subjected to - is quite impressive. I replaced it rather prophylactically, not because of the state of wear and tear, to the same model, of course. Personally, I choose the open model, because it is simply faster and easier to install. It should be cleaned and lubricated regularly, as well as take care of the correct tension, then it will repay you with a high operating culture, which can not be said of every manufacturer. The icing on the cake presented from DID is the unique, phenomenal appearance. The sleek, aesthetically pleasing gold links blend in perfectly with the overall appearance of the motorcycle and give it a feisty character. However, I have a conviction that other color versions look just as good. In summary, I honestly think this is a sensational product. It's hard to beat it both in terms of sheer quality and value for money, which is also an important consideration when choosing a chain or an entire drive train.

  The description states that the color is black. In my opinion, it is steel - plain, uncolored steel. The cap is included in the set. Other than that, everything as described, may it be durable because that's the most important thing.

  Moto Morini Granpasso 1200 (2012) - the chain is great, the quality is very good, and on top of that this design - gold and even gold-gold, it looks really exclusive. Installation was flawless and without problems. The product is worth recommending and the price is good too.
