In the 1920s, the term "scrambler" was used in England to denote dirt track racing, a precursor to motocross. The term was adopted in the US in the 1950s and 1960s and referred to a road motorcycle with off-road ambitions. Today, a Scrambler is a motorcycle with a decomposed, vintage look that can be ridden on and off the asphalt. And now it also marks the gauntlet of the Five Custom collection, dedicated to fans of this type of machine. It opts for a distinctly reduced, "customizable" look, with distinctive, interchangeable Velcro straps. True comfort is reflected in the flexible, ventilated Twill Span upper and Nash synthetic leather palm. It provides an exquisite grip on the handlebars, and its brown color contrasts beautifully with the dark color on the top of the glove. Perforated, flexible and durable goatskin decorates the outer fingers and wrist of the glove. Protection is also provided by several foam reinforcements placed around the most vulnerable zones, which earned the glove CE Level 1 certification. The Scrambler offers vintage charm with a unique, modern touch. It also features a Touch Screen™ system on the index finger for touchscreen operation.
