According to the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1803 as amended) we are required to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time to deliver the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
If necessary, we send information on where to dispose of the old battery in the customer's area.
Due to the EU Parliament and Council Regulation 2019/1148 of June 20, 2019 on the marketing and use of explosive precursors, service batteries (so-called lead-acid) will be sold without electrolyte. It is possible to refill the battery with distilled water, but in this case it will not be subject to a claim.

La batteria pare di buona fattura, arrivata già carica al 100%. Montata sulla moto ha funzionato senza problemi, naturalmente solo il tempo dirà della durabilità. Ottimo il coperchio superiore che chiude bene i poli della batteria evitando possibili corti.

Il prodotto è conforme a quanto illustrato. Funziona perfettamente sulla mia moto d'epoca. Ottimo il coperchio per coprire i cavi donando un'estetica perfetta sulla mia moto. Infatti ne ho presi due per entrambe le mie moto. Ottimo prodotto.
