According to the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1803 as amended) we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time to deliver the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Due to the Regulation of the EU Parliament and Council 2019/1148 of June 20, 2019 on the marketing and use of explosive precursors, service batteries (so-called lead-acid) will be sold without electrolyte.

Motorcycle K55 from 1954r fully restored on the run , currently waiting for the "white card" for registration for yellow plates. The battery fits super the motorcycle smokes lux with every kick, even though it snowed today I am watching the weather to chase it even a few kms

I received the battery in a good package without defects with acid , it was charged according to the instructions i=1A . The state of charge indicated 7-8V . It is installed in a BMW R 35 , fires up without problems and fits in the engine cache .
