Information for battery buyers:
According to the legal basis: ACT of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1803 as amended) we are obliged to collect a deposit of PLN 30.
The time to deliver the used battery is 30 calendar days. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Due to the Regulation of the EU Parliament and Council 2019/1148 of June 20, 2019 on the marketing and use of explosive precursors, service batteries (so-called lead-acid) will be sold without electrolyte.

Everything as it should be. The battery arrived and works and that was the object of the order. I was surprised at first that the goods were not shipped immediately, but as if the seller was waiting for it, but I won't go into details - the goods arrived and that's the most important thing.
