General description
- With this tool you can quickly and inexpensively remove paint, underbody protection, gaskets and rust from metallic surfaces
- Mounts directly on a cordless screwdriver, angle grinder (with M 14x1.5 thread, max. 3500 rpm) or on a flexible shaft with a tool holder
- At high speed, a greater depth of roughness is achieved (3000 rpm comparable to 60 grit sandpaper)
- At low speeds, the depth of roughness is less (800 rpm comparable to 120 grit sandpaper)
- The open design prevents clogging, and the combed-out particles are ejected immediately
- There is almost no heating of the work area
- Thanks to the special steel, the disc is flexible and therefore ideal for edges, grooves, contours and other hard-to-reach areas
- Simply sharpen up to 5-6 times, turning counterclockwise
- Turn counterclockwise for about 15 sec
- In case of heavy soiling, repeat the process
- True material removal unlike ordinary wire brushes, which often only smear the surface sealant
