Mannol Hydro ISO 46 208L hydraulic oil - MN2102-DR

A multi-grade mineral hydraulic oil developed for hydraulic equipment of stationary and mobile equipment operating at standard and high operating temperatures. It was developed to meet the requirements of industrial hydraulic systems operating under high loads, pressures, temperatures and/or speeds.

General description

• contains anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives
• has good antiwear properties that minimize the wear of parts associated with hydraulic pumps, thus ensuring their long service life
• modern cleaning and dispersing additives ensure perfect cleanliness of hydraulic system parts, while protecting precision vapors from wear and extending equipment life
• high thermo-oxidative and thermal stability reduces the formation of all kinds of deposits and corrosive substances, which increase the reliability of the operation of subsystems (valves, hydraulic distributors, etc.) and at the same time are distinguished by excellent filtering ability
• thanks to its good anticorrosive properties, protects the surfaces of all used metals and alloys from the corrosive effects of acids and water, which significantly reduces maintenance and repair costs
• has excellent deemulsification properties, low freezing point and long service life
• resistance to foaming increases the performance of hydraulic pumps
• is neutral to all sealing materials and coatings compatible with mineral oils. Prevents leaks, thus reducing purchasing costs
