I bought the adapter for a 2008 Ducati 848 basic version. The adapter fits very well with the sprocket I bought. The only downside I noticed is that there are no assembly instructions, which can be a hassle for the assembler, but it is possible to figure out how to put it together.

When I got the rivets I was slightly disappointed, because they seemed too small. They were going in loosely in the hole of the pinion and the taker. I took a chance and got dibs. It turned out that they are not too small at all. The pinion is holding up nicely.
