was made of two different materials:
the core of the sprocket is made of extremely hard, yet very light aircraft aluminum - this material is about 70% lighter than steel
the crown of the sprocket, on the other hand, was made of very strong nickel-plated SC-55 carbon steel with an additional hardening process
in addition, the crown was covered with a double anti-corrosion coating called 2xZink in black color
both elements are connected with each other by rivets, this provides strength in motorcycles with a capacity of up to 1400 ccm
the aluminum core is available in several color versions, thanks to which the sprocket emphasizes the appearance of the motorcycle
