The 3.5 neck stabilizer is lightweight and has an adjustable back chest. It is designed to reduce the forces that occur during an accident and transfer them to stronger parts of the body. The 3.5 version provides identical protection to the 5.5 model, but does not have such a large and wide adjustment range.
