The 3.5 neck stabilizer is lightweight and has an adjustable back chest. It is designed to reduce the forces that occur during an accident and transfer them to stronger parts of the body. The junior version of the protector is no different from the adult version, except for reducing the shell to fit the youngest riders. The 3.5 version provides identical protection to the 5.5 model, but does not have such a large and wide adjustment range.
