The variator is nicely made, but unfortunately another one with a flaw where the hole for the guide sleeve is too big, so there is a lot of play on the sleeve which causes a slight runout. Ordinary variators have a perfectly matched hole to the sleeve and the tuning ones are a little too big.

The variator is superbly finished. There's a clear improvement in acceleration. The cooling fins are audible from 50km/h, which should be avoided on public roads to avoid being checked.

The variator of good quality and I am satisfied with it. The scooter has significantly improved performance and rides elegantly. For the 2009 model Kymco Grand Dink 50 S does not fit the gear wheel ( inner hole of the plate with teeth too small)I had to leave the old one, but.still I am very satisfied. I can confidently recommend this product.
